BOARD OF TRUSTEES PROFILE
The Board of Trustees of the Initiative For Economic Literacy and Empowerment, a.k.a. Financial Literacy for All is made up of the following distinguished Nigerians:
CHAIRMAN
- JOHNSON T. FAROMOJU –
He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of London and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of stockbrokers. He was formally a member of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
He is a philanthropist, the Chairman of the Forthright Group of Companies and a lover of humanity, always willing to do all that is needful to help people realise their potential in life. He brings his years of experience to bear as the Chairman of the board of Trustee
MEMBER
- LAJA SHONIRAN
A highly experienced Financial Literacy Education Expert and a Management Consultant with passion for entrepreneurship training as a means of empowering young people and professional with skills that can help them achieve their full potentials. He is a graduate of the Pan Atlantic University, Social Sector Management Program, with certification in Training and Curriculum Development from the Centre for Management Development.
Advisory Board
- Professor Ademola Ariyo
He is a professor of Economics at the University of Ibadan. He has a strong bias for teaching young people about savings and investment
- Nneka Eneli
She is a trained pharmacist, banker and project manager with professional careers spanning more than 15year in different sectors. She is passionate about Gender economic empowerment and advocacy. She is a member of Toastmasters International, an endowed Conference facilitator, public speaker and a graduate of Pan Atlantic University, Enterprise Development Center. She is also a certified financial literacy instructor.
- Lekan Ogunkoya
He is a chartered accountant and has his masters in International Relation and Diplomacy. He worked as the Managing Director of a stock-broking firm before starting his firm of Chartered accountants and Tax consultants. He pastors a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God and love to impact knowledge.
- Soji Adeyeri
He is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University with many years of experience as a business development professional. He has a passion for financial education and he double as the country representative of Robert Kiyosaki’s Cashflow 101 Game in Nigeria
Management Team
The organization is managed by the Project Director – Mr. Laja Shoniran, a successful entrepreneur, and a human capital development consultant. Other members of the team includes the following and a couple of volunteers
